Our fast paced, multitasking, technology driven modern world has slowly become a world of distraction. Mindfulness can support children not only to survive in it but to thrive in it! There is rapidly growing research to show the positive role mindfulness has on healthy childhood development and learning.

Mindfulness is the skill of paying attention to the present moment by giving moment to moment awareness of one’s experience. It has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety in children whilst increasing their resilience, emotional intelligence and helps build a renewed energy of focus towards classroom learning.
